MANAGER'S STATEMENT ON QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The management of GALLUS officially declares its quality and environmental policy in accordance with the requirements of the standard BDS EN ISO 9001:2015 and BDS EN ISO 14001:2015, which is announced, understood, applied and maintained by all levels in the organization.
The management of GALLUS declares its responsibility in the construction, implementation, certification and effective maintenance and control of the company's quality and environmental management system for the implementation of the company policy adopted by the entire team.
The quality and environmental management policy covers all engineering and consulting activities carried out by the company: design, implementation, maintenance and optimization of control systems, automation, communications, electrical systems, integrated information systems, cable distribution networks, technical equipment, installations, facilities, entire productions, etc.; software programming and development; pre-project studies, expert analyzes and assessments, selection of technical and economic solutions, supply of equipment, project management, which to the greatest extent satisfy the needs of our customers and lead to the development and consolidation of the company, cover all the requirements of mandatory and recommended standards and adhere to global best practices and technical achievements.
The policy on quality and environment is an invariable part of the entire policy and strategy of the company, as the management strictly monitors compliance with the requirements of the standard and the set goals:

  • provision of services by constantly satisfying the requirements of customers and all interested parties and preventing or limiting the negative impact on the environment;
  • maintaining and improving the image of the company as a contractor and the most specific requirements of customers;
  • expediency and competence in performing assigned tasks and in working with clients;
  • improving the internal exchange of information in the company by regulating communication and promoting informal contacts;
  • making continuous targeted improvements necessary for the success of GALLUS;
  • staff development in accordance with their needs and the company's goals;
  • satisfying the needs and expectations of owners and investors;
  • creation of mutually beneficial cooperation with suppliers and partners, leading to improvement and increase of efficiency and benefits of joint activity;
  • maintaining compliance with the legal and other requirements that the organization has chosen to fulfill, strict compliance with the mandatory Bulgarian and European regulatory requirements;
  • consistent and constant improvement of eco-safety during the realization of the projects;
  • provision of the necessary resources for the implementation of the environmental policy;
  • ensuring the understanding, implementation and maintenance of the environmental policy at all levels in the company;
  • engaging the staff and informing them about the fulfillment of quality and environmental objectives;
  • prevention of environmental pollution, through efficient management of generated waste and used materials and technologies;
  • maintaining constant readiness and ability to react in crisis situations;
  • optimization of resource and energy consumption;
  • providing the necessary resources for the functioning and constant improvement of the quality and environmental management system with the requirements of BDS EN ISO 9001:2015 and BDS EN ISO 14001:2015;
  • effective use of the available material, human and financial resources, according to the needs and requirements of the customers;
  • a significant increase in the quality and productivity of labor, as a result of the joint efforts of the entire team; continuous improvement of work efficiency;
  • research and meeting the requirements of the market and the best world achievements and innovations concerning the company's activity;
  • systematic improvement of the team's qualifications with targeted training, increasing motivation and maintaining high-quality working conditions; stimulating the creative activity of the staff;
  • allocation of a significant company resource for the development of the company and the team in new engineering directions and for the assimilation of new technologies;
  • search for new opportunities and ways to use the strengths and accumulated expertise, as well as the company's potential; striving to establish the name of the company as a reliable partner in the field of the above activities;
  • optimization of processes – adequacy, expediency, reliability, awareness of quality according to customer requirements; optimization of economic criteria - costs, cost price, wages, etc.;
  • rational planning, setting clear strategic goals and constant monitoring of their implementation.

The quality and environment policy of GALLUS requires compliance with the responsibilities and obligations under the management system of all officials at all levels of the organization. The policy is available to the public and is subject to review each calendar year.

With this statement of mine, I allow myself to express the conviction of the Management for empathy, commitment, correctness and creativity of the entire staff of GALLUS in implementing the policy and goals of the company, ensuring the satisfaction of customers and the team, as well as the prosperity of the company.
